Diagnostic Services - $95
Every repair begins with a diagnostic. We take the time to properly identify the root cause of the issue and then provide you with a fixed-price repair quote before any work begins. No guesswork. No unnecessary parts.
Shop Labor Rate - $120/hr
Labor is billed in 15-minute increments based on actual time spent repairing your equipment.
How the diagnostic fee works
The $95 diagnostic fee covers up to one hour of labor to inspect, test, and determine the cause of the problem, develop a repair plan, and provide a fixed-price quote for the repair. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee remains part of your final invoice, and you are only billed for the additional labor and parts required to complete the repair. If you decline the repair, the $95 diagnostic fee still applies for the diagnostic work performed.
If additional diagnostic time is needed beyond the first hour, we will contact you for authorization before continuing. Additional diagnostic time is billed at our standard shop labor rate in 15-minute increments.
No payment is collected at drop-off. Payment is due when your repair or diagnostic service is completed and your equipment is ready for pickup.

$90 - Small Power Equipment (Pushmowers, pressure washers, etc.)
$120 - Small Two-Stroke Equipment (Chainsaws, Stringtrimmers, Leafblowers, etc.)
$180 - Large Self Propelled Equipment (Riding mowers, Power Wagons, Zero Turns, etc.)
$150 - Snowblowers (2 stage walk behind snowblowers, etc.)
$150 - Generators (Small man portable generators, etc.)
Call for Pricing - Outliers (Jackhammers, compactors, sanders, etc.)
Pick Up and Drop Off Services
Let us handle the heavy lifting so your equipment is ready when you need it.
We know not everyone has the means to transport their equipment to the shop, which is why we offer pick-up and drop-off services for your convenience.

Regular pickups are available Wednesdays and Saturdays in the Matsu Valley, and on Saturdays in Anchorage and Eagle River — so you don’t have to take time off work.

For an additional fee, we can accommodate short-notice or special request pick-ups.

We do adjust our schedule for weather because snow and ice can be unpredictable — your equipment gets the attention it needs as quickly as possible.
