Diagnostic Services - $95
Every repair begins with a diagnostic. We take the time to properly identify the root cause of the issue and then provide you with a fixed-price repair quote before any work begins. No guesswork. No unnecessary parts.
Shop Labor Rate - $120/hr
Labor is billed in 15-minute increments based on actual time spent repairing your equipment.
How the diagnostic fee works
The diagnostic fee covers the time required to inspect, test, and determine the cause of the problem.
If you approve the repair, the diagnostic time is rolled into the total repair labor, not added on top of it.
If you decline the repair, the diagnostic fee still applies for the time spent evaluating your equipment.
👉 You are never charged twice for the same labor.

Pick Up and Drop Off Services

We know not everyone has the means to transport their equipment to the shop, which is why we offer pick-up and drop-off services for your convenience.

Regular pickups are available Wednesdays and Saturdays in the Matsu Valley, and on Saturdays in Anchorage and Eagle River — so you don’t have to take time off work.

For an additional fee, we can accommodate short-notice or special request pick-ups.

We do adjust our schedule for weather because snow and ice can be unpredictable — your equipment gets the attention it needs as quickly as possible.
